1. Operator and contact
Keycap Hop is operated by gentive. Contact eps15920@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of information.
2. Game information on your device
The app stores your best score, daily scores, total steps, run count, selected character, keycap and background, achievements, tutorial status, and sound, haptics, reduced motion, and graphics settings. We use these for gameplay and to keep your preferences. They remain in app storage on your device and are not sent to a game server.
The game provides no separate game account, game-progress server storage, or cross-device progress sync. Optional Apple Game Center authentication and record submission are described in Section 6. Gameplay does not request your name, email, contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location.
Local progress is retained through normal app updates. Deleting the app resets local progress; the operator cannot restore it. Any iOS system backup or restore behavior is controlled by your device settings and is not synchronization provided by this app.
3. Optional rewarded advertising
Versions with advertising use Google AdMob. After a run ends, you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to continue once per run. You may start a new run without an ad. Ads require a connection and may be unavailable.
When the ad SDK is active, it may send or process an IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance signals during app use or ad delivery. Local game storage does not mean the advertising SDK collects no data.
Google uses information for ad delivery and measurement, service operation and improvement, and protection against abuse. Depending on the SDK and consent state, information needed for delivery, security, or measurement may still be processed if you do not watch an ad or decline personalized advertising. Consult Google's policies for handling, retention, processing locations, and your rights. Providers may process information through global infrastructure.
4. Privacy choices and Limited Ads
The iOS release build requests Google's Limited Ads. It disables personalized advertising and local-identifier-dependent features such as conversion tracking, frequency capping, and unique reach. The app does not request iOS tracking authorization. Publisher first-party ID and publisher ad personalization are also disabled.
Required privacy messages are presented for your region before the advertising SDK starts. When a privacy-options entry point is required, open the advertising privacy choices in app Settings to revisit your choices. Changing consent does not remove this app's Limited Ads restriction. Limited Ads can still involve information processing for ad delivery, service operation, and fraud or invalid-traffic prevention. Ordinary gameplay and starting a new run remain available when ads cannot be served.

5. Support and external services
If you choose to email support, we use your reply address and message to handle your request. Please do not send passwords, authentication information, or unnecessary personal details. We retain correspondence while needed for support and remove information when it is no longer necessary. You may request deletion by email; if retention is legally required, we will explain the applicable scope.
Bundled privacy and support pages can be read offline. Google policy links, your mail client, and advertisements or advertiser destinations may need a connection and are governed by the relevant provider's policies. A hosting provider may process access or security logs when you visit the published web support pages.
6. Optional Game Center
Opening Rankings or Achievements requests Apple Game Center authentication. After you opt in and authenticate, the app sends your highest floor and achievement progress to Apple Game Center. Your Game Center profile and scores may appear to other players on a public leaderboard. We do not operate a separate game account or game server. Ordinary gameplay and cosmetics remain available without Game Center. Apple provides controls for the Game Center account, profile visibility, records and deletion.
7. Apple gift codes and coins
Recipients can open Apple’s official code redemption sheet from Settings > Coupon code. Apple handles account authentication, code redemption and transaction verification. The app stores StoreKit-verified product identifiers, transaction identifiers, quantity and delivery records on this device to grant 10,000 coins and prevent duplicate delivery. We do not receive Apple account passwords or payment-card information. This version has no paid coin-purchase screen. Coins have no cash redemption value. Coin balances and spending records are device-local, with no separate cross-device balance synchronization or consumable-coin restoration service.
8. Deletion and policy changes
Delete the app to remove its local game data. This does not automatically delete information already processed by Google or another provider. Consult their policies and privacy tools for rights and deletion options, or contact the operator.
We update this page when gameplay or information handling changes. Changes affecting your choices will receive any required notice or consent process.
