How do I play?

Look at the next keycap and choose Jump or Turn. A wrong direction or missed timing ends your run. Play the endless mode or the route that changes each day. The initial practice helps you learn the two buttons. The game interface is currently in Korean.

Where is my progress saved?

Scores, daily progress, total steps, coins, cosmetics, and settings are stored on this device. Normal app updates retain them, but deleting the app may reset local progress. We cannot restore deleted progress or transfer it to another device. Optional Game Center on iPhone sends leaderboard scores and achievement progress to Apple. Game Center does not transfer your coin balance or cosmetics to another device.

Can I play offline?

Basic gameplay and bundled help pages work offline. Game Center, Apple offer-code redemption, rewarded ads, consent messages, email, and external policy links require an internet connection.

Why can't I continue with an ad?

A rewarded ad can grant one revival per run, only after the ad SDK confirms the reward. No connection, no available ad, or an incomplete reward condition can prevent a revival. You can start a new run without an ad. If the problem repeats, email your device model, iOS version, app version, and what happened.

Can I change sound and motion?

In Settings, toggle sound effects, BGM, and haptics, or adjust BGM volume. Lower graphics quality or enable reduced motion if needed. If sound is missing, check the in-game settings, device volume, and silent mode.

Privacy choices and deletion

If an advertising privacy-options menu is shown, open it in Settings to revisit consent choices. The current iPhone version uses limited ads without requesting cross-app tracking. Delete the app to remove local progress. Read the Privacy Policy for requests about support correspondence or information handled by providers.

What helps us investigate?

• When it occurred and whether you had a connection
• A screenshot with personal information removed, if useful

Please do not send passwords or authentication details. We cannot guarantee progress recovery or a reply time, but we will review your report and try to help.

How do I unlock cosmetics?

Use coins earned by climbing to unlock characters, keycaps, and backgrounds. Completing the first practice grants 250 coins once. Preview 3D models and keycap sounds before spending coins. Coins are for use in this game only; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player.

How do I connect rankings and achievements?

On iPhone, open Rankings or the Game Center connection menu and review the connection prompt. Connection is optional; basic gameplay and local achievements remain available without it. Sending scores and achievement progress requires internet access and Game Center sign-in.

How do I use a coin gift code?

Open Settings → Coupon code → Apple code redemption and enter a valid code issued by Apple. This feature requires iOS 16.3 or later. The gift offer is for the Korea App Store; 10,000 coins are delivered after Apple verifies redemption. Closing the sheet alone grants no coins. If coins are missing after redemption, return to the app and tap Check coin delivery. The balance is saved on this device. Availability, eligibility, and expiration conditions apply to codes.
